Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. Each product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because all items are custom-made, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with the product.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@time2dare.com with the following:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the defect or damage

We’ll review your request and, if eligible, issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Printful may request additional photos to verify the issue before processing a replacement.

2. Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address.

3. Buyer’s Remorse or Sizing Issues

Since all items are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered

• Change of mind

• Color differences due to screen display variations

Please review size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

4. Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@time2dare.com. We’ll work with Printful and the shipping carrier to locate your order. If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement at no additional charge.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production (usually within a few hours of purchase). Please double-check all details before finalizing your order.

Each item is made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, after which shipping typically takes:

• US: 3–5 business days

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• International: 10–20 business days
